Rebecca Lee

Rebecca Lee joined the PBS Foundation in 2026 as the Director, Annual Giving where she is focused on growing the annual donor base across multiple channels and ensuring those donors see how much every gift matters.

Prior to joining PBS, she has spent her career building annual and mid-level giving programs across multiple sectors including international development and clean water with WaterAid, environmental restoration and education with the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, and higher education with The George Washington University. Each of these experiences has provided the opportunity to share stories and experiences of the power of people coming together to impact both the places they live and the greater wonderful world around them.

Rebecca holds a BA in both International Politics and Religion from Meredith College, and lives in Maryland on the Chesapeake Bay. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors on the water or the park trail, or indoors at the movie theater.
