Lucy Spearman

Lucy joined the PBS Foundation in November 2026 as a Senior Associate, Grants Management, where she supports compliance, progress reporting, and agreements. 

Prior to joining the PBS Foundation, Lucy served as a station services Intern at PBS, where she gained experience working with PBS member stations across the country. She also worked as a communications coordinator for SailATL, a nonprofit sailing education organization.  

Lucy graduated from Tulane University, where she earned a B.A. in English and Communications and an M.A. in English. While at Tulane, she was also a member of the Division I varsity sailing team.  

Outside work, Lucy enjoys sailing, reading, and spending time with friends and her twin sister, who also lives in D.C.
